Quiet boutique villa. Nice room, very comfy bed, good bathroom, large garden, great pool. Railway line runs along back of garden which adds to its charm and character. Other side of tracks leads to an attractive secluded beach area. Good place for peace and quiet and a pool that is large enough so that you can swim in it. Room Tip: Depends - we had upstairs which gave good view of garden and pool (rm 10 i think). downstairs would...

An oasis in this intense country. Beautiful surroundings, quiet athmosphrere and great service. Just a few minutes from the wide beaches. We had our dinners out in the garden, in the warm summer nights. We just loved this hotel and would recommend it for a romantic stay.

We stayed at the royal suit, was very good and we enjoy it :) we got upgrade form deluxe room to the royal suit, the suit was huge and the toilet was big with private Jacuzzi. The suit decor was interesting as you feel as a king. The massage was cheep and not good

You know you've found a good hotel when you don't feel like you want to look elsewhere next time. We drove straight here from the airport and was greeted with towels, drinks and chocolate. As we'd missed dinner, we were given some lovely sandwiches, fries and croquets. We were upgraded to room 2 which was a gorgeous room with an upstairs annex. The bed was comfy, the aircon good and the bathroom quirky and the room was serviced twice a day. The food was out of this world and the service so friendly and honest. Just remember to spray mosquito repellant as the eating area is outside. Afternoon tea was a joy and the pool and gardens well tended and wonderful to relax in. There is a train line at the bottom of the garden, which you walk over to get to the beach. We thought it was quirky and fun to see the trains go by, although the noise may be a problem for other guests as sometimes it sounds the horn and a couple pass in the night. The beach is gorgeous and at close proximity to the hotel, but in July the waves are too fierce to enjoy. The only thing they could do better is create an itemised bill for easy reference at check out rather than a pile of receipts. However, we challenged them and they were good natured and honest. And, the water pressure could be improved. However, we found this a comfy, welcoming and warm hotel and will surely be back.
